Frank’s Home
I dropped off tide change ii at Frank’s apartment. Frank, an artist and photographer, approaches his apartment through a stark lens that’s almost anathema to the oversaturated, exuberant visual identity of his artwork. The white walls are wholly uncovered with the exception of 3 octagonal mirrors. On a shelf above the radiator is an amber sphere that refracts warm light, which sits next to crystals and a moss-laden tree branch. In the opposite corner of the apartment, he’s furnished an office with a small desk and chair.
The focal point of the space is the queen bed. His precious stuffed animal friend keeps him company atop the plush, salient bed-throne.
